commercial action plan; (iv) To coordinate every phase of the marketing
programme, including research, members/product portfolio, product
development, promotion, and advertising; (v) To supervise all marketing staff
and liaise with the Contributions, Finance, Legal, Investments and PR
Directorates; (vi) To oversee member satisfaction research to identify
member?s experience of service provided by the Fund; (vii) To produce reports
on an agreed time detailing member feedback, complaints, root cause analysis
for member issues and feedback, recommend improvement and analyze trend and
forecasts; (viii) To prepare meeting with other managers to discuss possible
improvement to members; (ix) To carry out any other lawful work related
duties as assigned by supervisor;
